White Drumstick Marks On Cymbals

Hi does anyone know how to get white drumstick marks from cymbals. I've only had them a couple of months and my cymbals are covered in marks already.

All the time.

Water and a towel should solve this issue.

I stopped using varnished sticks for that reason, use mostly nylon tip now and dont seem to leave as many marks.

Are your coated heads wearing away? If so, the white coating prob got on your drum stick tips. Same thing happened to me with a stock Tama head.

Yeah they are so I'm going to replace them with Remo coated emperors or Evans G2s.
