Default Help me find which batter & reso heads I should use?

These are what I'm going for.

- Snare. http://youtu.be/LBaxde247Mw?t=27s

- Toms. http://youtu.be/glBDrSigNJo?t=1m25s

- Bass. http://youtu.be/QV2z_5Emx2k

Keep in mind I am fairly new to drumming.

If it helps I have a Sound Percussion kit with Remo Pinstripes on toms, Remo Powerstroke 3 on bass and Remo Controlled Sound on snare.
All resonant heads are the ones that came with the kit.

Also do you think these sounds I picked would work together?

For those toms the black suede emperors hit it perfectly....

If my bass drum sounded like that i would get a new head or tune differently though :) sorry not for me..

But.. i LOVE the superkick II for bass..

Chasing recorded sound is a very hard venture. For one thing, the type of mics and the studio EQ/effects has a huge affect on the recorded sound. Better to concentrate on what your drums sound like now, and what you want to change. Also remember, the sound you hear behind the kit is gonna be different from what someone else hears standing in front of the kit. The Remo P3 is one of my favorite bass batter heads. Still, you might think it's too open. Tape a small piece of t-shirt material to the head (poor mans muffler) and see what you like. The common old school method uses felt strips across the head. Works batter and reso. You can also do that with toms and snare. I really like the Evans Genera HD Dry for a snare head. I have that on two of my snares.
There are lots of video's featuring Sound Percussion drums. Watch some of those. See if anything sounds good to you.
