Default Traps and Flats drums

Do any of You (My fellow fine talented brothers and sisters of DW) use Flats or Traps drums? I sampled them a few years ago and I kind of liked them. I have been thinking of buying a set of one of these type of kits for practice and small venue gigs. Please post your experience and views about these compact products.

Default Re: Traps and Flats drums

I sampled a trap set many years ago (forgive me for not remembering the brand.) I was definately impressed with the accessability and the sound the kit had (maple). I wanted to buy it, but my line of credit was extended beyond its means at that particular music store.

I like them.

Sorry I couldn't help out a little more.
