I have to admit, I love those old lugs much more than the ones they use now.

I think both versions are cool.the new ones just look a little bit more modern and..."designed",dont know how I could call it.
I even like the fat angled ones from the 80s :-D

Hi,thanks!
The finish of the snaredrum is called "Tribal"....its the best finish Ive ever seen, but I was told, that Sonor doesnt use it anymore, there is a new one called "Red Tribal"...basically the same, but completely red.
Yes,I saw Gavin uses the finish on his current kit, really great...but I was first :-D

And yes...Im a Danny fan...you see it on some little details :-)

No,I have no videos, since youtube f...cked me up with this copyright-thing.I used to make short-movies and as soon as there were 3,4seconds of a song in the background, youtube
deleted it...Hate this website

Greetings,
Chris

Very very nice kit, love the setup: it is quite unusual to see small toms coupled with large bass drums (I am a big fan of 8" toms!).

I guess you know Sean Reinert of Cynic, don't you? He uses a similar setup and - as far as I can remember - a Sonor SQ2 kit: something you already have and something you want to get!

Gorgeous kit! Love the F3Ks. +3 on the tom configuration. Big fan of smaller sized toms as well. Thanks for sharing the pics.
