Post-Hardcore Drum Wankery
I've been playing post-hardcore music since I first began playing drums, which was about 7 years ago now. The band I'm currently in just released our debut EP for FREE. Maybe it's just because I am an old fart, but if I wanted to have someone rate my drumming on my first post, I may pick something that doesn't start out quite so loud and just screaming. You guys, you may be great, but just not my style. sorry.

No need to apologize :)
The harsher vocals come with the territory of post-hardcore, which as you said, isn't for everybody! Just like there are genres I don't care for, there are people that won't care for mine, which is part of what makes music so enjoyable - opinions! Also, just to clarify, I'm not looking to have my playing "rated" necessarily, just sharing my playing with the drummerworld community.
