Default Do the bearings/rockers from DW 9000 peadls work on DW 5000 pedals?

Hello

I have been encountering a problem with my DW 5002 double pedal where the SP016 'rocker hub' is wearing out every 2/3 months.

After a quick search on the internet I have seen that that I am not alone with this problem. One forum that I looked at suggested that replacing the SP016 'rocker' with the SP049 'rockers' from a 9000 series pedal may fix the problem. Unfortunately I have not seen anyone who has actually tried using the SP049 'rockers' on a 5000 pedal to confirm that this works.

Can anyone confirm if using the SP049 rockers from a DW 9000 series pedal works on a DW 5000 pedal?

Thanks in advance
