Default DW9000 Hihat Stand

Quick question.

Can the footboard be raised?... so it could be even with my double pedals.

Also, how does the tension exactly work, I loosened the screw on top of the cam but I'm not sure how to use it properly?

I was looking at my DW9500 HH last night. You turn that drum head screw below the leg assembly at the black cast housing. You might have already adjusted it. Then below that is a silver turn dial, right above the chain assembly. That's the dial you turn next.

Unfortunately, I don't think you can adjust the pedal angle. I tried to lower mine, but no-go.
That sucks, because that's another overengineered DW product that won't do something basic.

Maybe call DW and let us know what they say.

Yeah, I had one but no matter where I had that dial, it wouldn't feel right?
I took it back after a week of noodling around with no success.
