Default LANG PERCUSSION SNARE DRUM

I got some - small file - photos of my LangPercussion snare drum a few days ago.
The shell has been built and painted on the outside.

Finish:
Close to a Cadillac Green (Gretsch). A high-end automotive paint was used here. Gretsch used a Nirto Cellulose lacquer on their drums.

7x14 3ply. This is the first 7x14 3ply LangPercussion Drum

Buildout: Gladstone - 3way tuning, nameplate , and will have a finished (painted) shell on the inside too - as the Gladstone drum were back in the day.

Hardware will be finished in 24K Gold Plating. Forget the high price of Gold! This drum has GOT to have the Gold Plating. I mean.....it's only a few $100 more - what's that when your dealing with an heirloom drum.

Pix here when I receive it.........I think it will be finished in my lifetime - Arnie (Morris Lang) told me he thought it would be.

Totally jealous here. I've been drooling over the Lang's since I saw them in a Not So Modern Drummer magazine about a decade ago!
