Default Tama Air ride snare stand

I have been thinking about mounting my snare on my drum rack lately, and i was thinking about just putting a normal snare mount in a clamp on a arm stuck in-between my bass drums, but i came across a tama product that seems to me to be a star mount system for snares. so i have a couple of questions
Would it work for my 13x6.5 snare?
Would i have to buy a new hoop for my snare or does it come with one?
Anyone know where i can find one? or will i have to search ebay?

Tama Star Mounts require their proprietary hoops, or adapters, which are clunky and unsightly. I would suggest getting one of their OEM hoops.
