Default Best Electronic Kick Pad?

hey everyone i'm looking to invest in a new electronic kick pad for my DTX and i was wondering if you guys could help.between major brands like yamaha and roland,who makes better kick pads?

I have no idea if this would work so sorry if I am completely wrong but, could you not create your own out of a bass drum practice pad and a trigger? I don't know if this would be cheaper or even a feasible option but it's just an idea :)

i though of that b4 but actual dedicated electronic kick pads are so much better. last longer and are much more sensitive. hmmm.....
