Default Puresound Super 30 snares?

Anybody use them? I have the bronze 20 strand and they sound great with my maple snare. I was thinking about trying the steel 30 strand on a hammered bronze Supraphonic.

I never tried the 30s but I use the Brass Custom Pro 24s on two of my drums and I like them.

I use them on my Sonor Ferro 14 x 6.5. Made a world of difference in sound focus.

I never have used them, if you do just remember that your snare bed has to be wide enough for the extra strands.

Ok guys thanks for the help. I'll order a set on Monday. Time for a new resonant head while I'm at it. Possibly an Evans equivalent to a clear snare-side ambassador. Whichever model that is.

I have a set on my supraphonic. These are the first set of upgraded snares I have used and they are a world of difference from the stock ludwig 20? strand. Very responsive.
