Default DW Exotic Twisted Walnut Kit (!)

VLT Maple
10x8, 12x9, 16x14, 22x18 kick, 14x6 snare

I've owned a lot of kits in my life. This is easily the most beautiful I've seen. Sound is insane.

Mmmm... big DW fan here and I love the looks of that one. Perhaps the best looking twist finish I've seen due the subtle walnut grains. Not to mention my being a sucker for tobacco lacquer (I'm on my second kit with tobacco in the finish). And I know for certain how good it sounds. Grats to you!

Those are standard issue DW lugs. If you've seen a DW, you've seen those lugs. I've always been a fan of them myself.

WOW!! That's a beauty! I tip my hat ya. That's probably one of the best looking kits i've seen in a while.

Wow, very gorgeous. I've seen catalog pictures of these but never known anyone who had them. Thanks for sharing. What do they sound like?

The toms have an incredible tone, great resonance - not super loud. Kind of what you would expect from thin shells and re-rings.
Kick is taking a little bit of messing with to dampen to my liking - it just want's to resonate for days.
Snare drum cuts, loving it!

Jesus H. Christ that's nice! I really enjoy how the re-rings have the same finish. Treat her well!
