Default Hearing protection/monitors

Does anyone know any good, affordable ear plugs?

Also, I'm curious, are there any affordable ear monitors out there?

Thanks

I was looking for some ear plugs or ear buds under 100$. I have a great pair from v-moda, but and am just wondering if there are any really great ear plugs for us drummers/musicians

I really like THESE.
They are rather cheap when compared to others, and they will *not* come off your ears. The sound isolation is excellent as well, and works nicely with drums, both live and in a recording situation.

I picked up some Shure SE215's. Had them for a while now. They're magnificent!
