Default What Heads Should I Get?

I just got a sweet deal on a set of Ludwig Elements. It's made of Poplar & Birch (which is a combo I've never had before), and would welcome any suggestions on what heads to get to make them really resonant. Should I get a double ply to keep them from being too crazy? I know what I will get for the snare and kick, but, what should I get for the racks?

Thanks!

I'm a big fan of single ply coated myself.
I like to tune tight.

^ +1 to that. The single ply heads have a really open sound and using coated heads will give it a warm sound that doesn't make the overtones go crazy.
