Default Mike Johnston 2-4-5-1 signature sticks

Troops

These sticks have sold out of their first batch - so someone must have tried them.

Any comments?

We can't get them in UK unless we want to pay ooodles of postage.

I have them and they are weighted very well. they remind me of the regal tip Jeff porcara sticks except these want dent your heads. Very well balanced. I use the maple and they hold up better than you would think male would last.

They are a .580 diameter 16" stick, 1/2 barrel tip. they come in maple and hickory.
.580 diameter is exactly between a 5a and 5b. sounds like the perfect stick. I'm gonna give them both a try. Vater is distributed in Canada right? does anyone know if Long and Mcquade Scarborough has them in stock yet?

I use Vater Fusion, which has the same dimensions but a different head. I would like to try the maples though. I like the fusion and tend to find 5A's a touch thin, but I find more shock with the Vater fusions - is this ridiculous?
