Default Looking For Head Recommendations

I am new to the DrumWorld but I am interested in them very much. I just recently acquired a 1967 R-360 kit made buy Rogers and I need to replace all the heads. It's a 18" bass, 14" snare and floor tom & 12" rack tom. Does anyone have any suggestions on which brand and model heads I should use to get the best sound on such a small kit? Also if anyone has any thoughts about what keys I should tune them in. I'm a bit interested in getting a big full sound without playing hard. Below I've posted a link to an image of the kit. Thanks for reading.

evans coated 1 ply heads for the batter, and thin evans heads for the reso
except for the kick, go for a 2 ply

G Plus coated batters and G1 resos would be a great combination for these drums.

A big full sound would suggest a heavier head. That's why Mel Lewis used calfskin whenever he could. He wasn't in to volume, but into full-ness. I'd say try the Remo Fibreskyns (FA, I believe) top and bottom on the toms and maybe the same thing front and back on the bass drum. An 18" doesn't really need the internal muffling ring, it's too small for that and the extra bass drum ring will dissipate by the time the sounds travels 5 feet anyway.

But then again, it really depends on what you're into. Remo Ambassadors top and bottom would be what that kit came with new anyway, and those sizes suggest whatever Tony Williams or Elvin Jones was doing if you're going for that vibe.
