Default Tama Iron Cobra pedals and Tama hardware issue

I bought one year ago brand new Tama Iron Cobra Power Glide double pedals, Tama drum throne, Tama Road Pro hi-hat stand and Tama Stage Master boom cymbals stand. In one year, the drum throne's memory lock's tension bolt broke up by losing threads, same thing happened with my hi-hat stand. And I noticed now after one year that my Iron Cobras main pedal's shaft assembly has become loose. That means my slave pedal is wobbling while I'm playing main pedal. I examined closer and I found out that part of the pedal is CNC machined so there's nothing that I can do. In addition the drumkey with hex wrenches which came with the pedals is loose aswell.. can't use it on any tension bolts - not even on ICs tension bolts!
The guy from music store told me that "Wow, you are very unlucky guy with those Tama tension bolts and things like that. I haven't seen any customer coming to complain about same sort of problem twice in 15 years!" Yeah, this is now my 4th issue.. Those pedals and the drum key are going to reclamation.
I have to say that Tama hardware is not sturdy or durable. I hope Tama will refund my money back from those pedals! They cost stunning 340€!

Would love to pictures as to exactly what part is loose.

Is there a set screw you don't see that may need tightening?

The common denominator in all these problems is you my friend. I hope you are not overtightening things. I have an IC pedal and IC hat stand and they are flawless after a year or more. I may be very wrong though so please don't be insulted.

I've had my Iron Cobra for over 5 years. Minimal maintenance and it works flawlessly.

My foot, however, needs some work...

Nope, there are no screws. Taking those pedals back to the store from where I bought them so they will examine them.

Nah I'm not insulted! :) I haven't overtightened any of those screws to be honest. Those new memorylocks they gave to me from the drum shop I haven't had any sort of problems with them. Tension bolts have worked very well. I think I just got bad luck with them.. Two tension bolts with poor quality alloy!

Is there any way to fix those bearings?
