Default Re-heading a snare to get *that* sound

I really love the snare sound in this video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N_Ukx...qE&feature=sub

(skip to 2:42 to hear the snare properly)

Does anybody have any ideas what heads (batter & resonant), or wires, or both that I could use to try and get this sound? I have a mapex back panther 14 x 6.5 maple and walnut hybrid snare.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

Why don't you shoot Mike an email asking him about his gear and how he tunes his snare.

I know he uses Aquarian heads.

He's a really nice guy, and will respond as soon as he can.

Cheers,
