Default DW 7000?

I've had my 7000 series double pedal since christmas and i'm tired of the screws constantly coming out which i've adjusted and re-adjusted and also, after playing one at a venue a few times at gigs, i'm loving the Iron Cobra single pedal and they apparently never go wrong.

Question is, how much would i get for my current 7000? The only things wrong with it are cosmetic and those screws coming loose (which i have recently ordered spares and i'm going to introduce some WD 40 to it soon). And bearing that in mind, how much is a decent condition, used Iron Cobra? Or maybe a Pearl Eliminator, i've heard Pearls pedals are quite sturdy pieces of kit.

xoxo

You don't need WD40, you need some medium grade Loc-Tite.
The kind you want is Blue. Comes in a little tube. Just a drop or two, read the instructions.
The screws shouldn't work loose after that.

Look on eBay to see what 7000's are going for.
The 7000 feels nice, and I like it's foot board and heel MUCH better than the one DW uses on the 5000 now. The only thing to upgrade on the 7000 would be Delta Hinges.

Check out the Tama and Pearl pedals too, you might score one at a good price.
I've got the Eliminator (3) and it's about the best pedal I've ever owned (don't ask how many...).
I really like the Tama Flexi (strap) drive pedal too.
I still like those 2 pedals better than even the Axis, Demon Drive, Trick etc...
