Default Head Phones with built in Metronome

Do you guys think it's worth the money to get head phones with a built-in metronome? I can get a pretty good set of Vic Firth isolation head phones for like $60 but how does something like that work if I need to practice with a metronome and really be able to hear it? (I play an acoustic kit). Thanks for your input!

I would imagine all electronic metronomes have a headphone output jack. Or are using an old school pendulum?
