Default Splash Cymbal Mount

I have a splash but nothing to mount it with. I was thinking of getting one of those extra cymbal arms that clamp to another stand, but is there any other way to mount it?

There have to be 14 billion ways to mount cymbals. Either hop on Musician's Friend and scroll through the many options, or check out Gibraltar's catalog on their website.

Have fun!

Thier are many methods to mount a cymbal, ill tell you a few :D

You could attach your splash to a Clutch and stick it on your Hi Hat stand, I would only reccomend this if your cymbal is 10" or any smaller.

The boom arm suggestion with a clamp of your choice or just a stand.

Stackers or boom stackers are the most friendly as they save alot of space.

Now the cheapo way! The way I use to mount my good ol splash was turn the splash upside down and attach it to your existing cymbal stand with your EXISTING cymbal with a felt inbetween :D

Good luck.

Almost every company makes splash mounts. I use Pearl and Tama splash mounts. The Tama is easier to mount and holds it's position better, but they're virtually identical.

I like to mount mine to my tom mount with a clamp stand. I mount it in a similar way on all of my kits. I like having my splash in the center of my kit.
