Default First twin pedals?

I'm about to buy myself a first set of twin pedals but because i'm not experienced with them I don't know which ones would be good to start on.

My budget is about 300 and i've been thinking about Iron Cobra ones or maybe a DW 7002.

Let me know what you think.

ive always been a pearl guy, but if u really wana get a feel for em go to your local drumshop and ask the guys over there if they have any floor models so you can try them before you buy

also note that since pedals are adjustable, dont judge a pedal by what it first feels like it might take a bit of tinkering to find that sweet spot

You really need to try out as many as possible, if you do a search here you will find reading for days available and just as many opinions on which ones guys think are best. Get to a local store and start trying them out ;-)
