Default Last months rollercoaster

Hi guys,

since some of you have already noticed in this thread I am the drummer for the band Scott. First of all I would like to say THANK YOU DRUMMERWORLD, because without you guys here on the forum I would not be the drummer I am today.

Since I only started drumming three years ago I am very inexperienced. I got lucky though, and ended up playing in a band with big ambitions last march. There the madness started, by may we were in the studio recording a demo and in july we recorded a videoclip. Since yesterday we even have a website and are now hoping to get known on the internet and hopefully get the opportunity to record a whole album.

It's really awsome to get all these experiences that are, I think, quite unique. I wanted to share this, with pictures offcourse :-).

For the band I bought new cymbals and a new snare. I recorded with a freefloating steel snare from the studio, and decided I wanted a free floating for myself. I found a maple with and extra acryl shell on the internet, and bought it :-). I still play my Rockstars with extra frankenstein-floortom though.

In order of what happened, the pictures from the last months, last picture is the top view of my kit from practice last monday...

That's awesome, man! I like the song! If you ever get a gig in Enschede or anywhere nearby let me know, I'll check it out!

Nice video too. Usually music video's are about the lead singer and sometimes a dude playing guitar but not this one... nice to see that the drummer isn't being forgotten.
Very solid drumming too!

Thanks! It's pretty weird how the Rockstars do their job, since they are not high end or anything :-)
