Default Pedal or Stands?

Woah! it has been a while since i've done this! ha

To be honest, I don't know why, but I just lost interest in DW and GN for a couple months...
I would think about it, but I would come to get on it, and would just quit for some reason.. haha. wow.

but, I'm back! I could never forget you guys!!

and to get back in the rhythm, i have a question! haha

Should I make the jump to getting a new double pedal?
Should I make the jump to getting all new stands?

I'm talking top of the line stands. Prolly like DW 9000 series stands.

and for the pedal, i dont know yet. but something around the IC or Pearl Eliminator.

right now, i have a $150 dollar Taye double pedal.

and for the stands, i have all PDP. cost me like 40 dollars on each. haha

thanks DW!

Good to be back! :)

Welcome back my friend :-).

I'd go with the pedals. I've upgraded my pedals first, then my cymbals and finally my snare. Next upgrade will be a shellset, and then hardware. As long as your current hardware holds there is no reason to buy new stuff I think.

I have Elims myself and I love them to death. You've probably read all the topics like "Whut iz the best pedul?!!@>>@?", so I won't tell you why. I just like it :-).

Are you having problems with your stands now? If not I'd go for the pedal. Just keep in mind those 9000 stands are heavy when it comes to having to move them. I have a bunch of yamaha double braced hardware and man it gets heavy to move after awhile!
