Default Headphone choices

Which isolation heaphones do you use and why? I have tried the Vic Firth and the EX25's. Not especially for studio but really for practice by an amateur with some hearing loss. Can't decide between them. Also - who makes headphones that have jacks on the phones - so you don't have to replace the whole set if the cord goes bad? Thanks.

I just use AKG 141's they work nice.

I've had to replace the cord once though and it was a pain in the ass... took them forever to order it and it costs me 25 bucks...
