Default Drumnetics: Magnetic Pedals (No Springs)

Came across these pedals while browsing an online store. The idea seems sound, replacing springs with magnetic repulsion to generate resistance, has anyone ever seen these pedals before or even played them?

It seems like inverse square law would give it an uneven action, but I would have to try one before forming an opinion about it.

It's a cool idea. The price on par with an Axis A long board single.

I've got one I'm selling if anyone is interested. The first of its kind in England I believe?

I playd them at NAMM and they were different but felt pretty good. The magnets are always repelling each other and your feet are gutting pushed up even when at rest. It's weird but I was able to adapt to it no problem. If I had the extra dough I'd check them out.
