Default axis pedals and v drums

im trying to find out if and axis A longboard double pedal will work with the bass drum pad on a roland TD-20S set? i ask this because i have had to modify a bass drum practice pad that i have to make it work with the axis double pedal. does the place where the pedal attaches to bass drum pad have a rubber strip where the pedal can grip onto? i ask this because the axis pedals dont have a rubber piece on the clam that attaches to a bass drum hoop.
im thinking about saving up to get the TD-20S set so i just want to see if it will work with my pedals.

You should have no problem.

"does the place where the pedal attaches to bass drum pad have a rubber strip where the pedal can grip onto"

This is the key. Even if it doesn't...you could install one very easily. I've got some spares I could give you. I also looked on Roland's web site and no real info on these exact specs unfortunately.

Any Roland KD-120 owners out there?
