Be sure the snare stand has a ball & socket joint, so you can easily adjust drum position.

Out of the two snare stands you have presented to us i think i like the seccond one better.
Because you can tilt in easily and it doesn't have ratchets so you can adjust it infinately.

Cowbell: I would go for a LP cowbell, not Pearl.

Either of those snare stands would be great.

As for the cowbell, what kind of music do you play? The smaller one will be brighter and more cutting and probably more versatile, but the bigger one will sound throatier and sound better with rock music.
