Default Fresh new pics

hey guys, Zman here with all your stagestary goodness! except pasquini. i can honeslty say he has a few up on me lol!

specs on request, although you could go to pasquinis thread also for those!

anywho, enjoy

i want to swap heads out for remo ebonys. the genera 2s are all worn out

and i know my cymbals look dirty, they need a good cleaning (esp. my zbt)

OH! and my dyna sonic is currently in my lineup too!

hah, and no those cymbals arent brass. all b20 bronze! except the zbt. im pretty sure thats b8

haha, and dont even get me started on that pillow! it makes my bass drum sound like a dead paintball gun. but i need it so the neighbors are kept happy =/

Pros:
-You have the kit setup really well, it looks comfortable.
-Great drummers have been written on your floor tom because you enjoy beating them, we all do it. (???????)

Cons:
-Really bad pictures, sorry to say

Also, why do you hit your snare so high?

I was referring to how high you hit it on the head, or how far forward, whichever.

I love these sizes!
How is the sound?

My cousin has got a Sonor Force 503, even if it`s a beginner kit it produces a very good sound, nice sustain and attack. The bearing edges are well cut, aren`t they?

Karl

hey karl!

thanks for your continued intrest bud.

the sizes for what theyre worth arent bad.

id like the toms to be a little bigger though

as far as im concerned the edges are cut very nice. i havent had any problems with the kit thus far. im trying to get another rug (we got flooded out and have to obtain a new one)

my drums are just all over the place

but within the next few months it should look all cleaned up

i know these pictures do my stagestar no justice whatsoever but belive me. i take good and i mean GOOD care of that kit

I see you have Mitch Mitchell in the middle of your floor tom. He was a pretty good drummer... I don't think he deserves that beating. The setup looks totally comfortable also.

Looks like you're sitting too close to the snare drum, sit back, hit the centre and get a better tone.

The sewing machine is a nice touch. I would get my practice space in order and borrow another camera. Other than that the setup looks comfy (snare too high for me though).

Keep smackin'!

they are hand hammered b20

for what i paid for them (225$ plus shipping)

theyre not bad whatsoever

a little spongy though. they could be a little more tight in my opinion

great cymbals nonetheless

hah as you can tell, my basment is utterly dis-organized (its getting better though)

my father sells stuff on ebay as a side job. so we have all of this stuff in my basment and its all disheveled. but as long as i have room for my drums im happy =D

and the whole snare drum thing.

i guess i could sit a little more back, but if i back up anymore id be up against an uncomfortable desk thing in my basment

and it doesnt help that ive been playing on a 13" snare drum most of my drumming carrer. so that might explain it too

anywho.

ill try everyones suggestions :)

Zman

Very nice.

I would love to hear your Wuhan cymbals.

I have used their chinas in the past and loved them.

You gotta record the actual cymbals.
