Default My Ludwigs

Hello, I'm new here. Some of my major influences are John Bonham, Elvin Jones, Ian Paice, Gene Krupa, and Ringo. So here are some pictures of my set( forgive the terrible picture quality please)

The drum sizes are 11x13 tom, 16x16 floor tom, 22x18 bass,and a 6.5x14 402 Ludwig Supraphonic

The Cymbals are 18" Xs20 Sabian crash, 14" B8 Sabian hi hats, 24" beautiful Paiste Giant Beat, and a 16" Paragon Sabian crash.

All the batter heads are Remo Emporer coated and the resos are Remo Ambassador Coated.

I got the greatest deal ever on the snare, I paid 50 dollars for it for a scratch you can barely see by the throw off. I also just ordered 15" Paiste Sound Edge hi hats, and in a couple months I shall buy either the 18" Giant Beat Crash or the 20" version. I haven't made up my mind.

So one again, forgive the pictures

Wow, what an awesome kit. That 24" Giant Beat is a total beast, and definitely on my "to-own" list. You also really got a sweet deal on that supra, and regardless of the price it is a great snare! Really great stuff. Keep us posted on those new Paistes!!

Being a Ludwig-head I must say that, for some reason, that kit really hits me. It's a beautiful and simple drum kit that could rock right out. And Ludwig makes the best shells in the business.
Good choice.

Great User Name by the way! Love it!

I'm glad you're loving the kit. Is that a Accent CS Custom? All Birch Shells? If so, those kis are GREAT and truly under appreciated. Great hardware, well made shells, great finishes, 10 lugs on the BD, rubber inserts on the BD claws, 10 lug snare drums, etc. Great all around package. Great kit.

Great snare drum by the way!! Good find!

Niiiice 2oo2 SE's. A perfect match for the ride. Well actually the GB Hats would be the perfect match, but nonetheless you got some great hi-hats there.
