Default 8 piece Tama Starclassic Maple in Aqua Fade

Finally got some decent pictures of my kit. Original price is 5K, I picked it up for 1300$.
8', 10', 12', 14' and 16' toms
20' and 24' bass drums, (I don't know the snare specs, sorry)
Sabian AAX metal ride, Sabian crash (unknown type, please identify for me :)
12' Meinl Generation X Filter China
10' Sabian B8 Pro Splash
finally, (unfortunately) Solar Hi-hats.

Beautiful! Kind of odd to see a kit like that with cymbals like that... almost like those cymbals are not worthy of a kit like a Starclassic! But having such nice drums makes up for the cymbals. I'm sure they sound great.

Ya, my cymbals were pretty much all I could afford :) I don't really have too much money, and I don't work or anything (I'm 14), so I basically get a cheap cymbal for my birthdays :)

Yes the hardware is gold, I believe the kit is custom made (I have no idea though, I bought it off the drummer of some prog band).

Sweet. I like the kick diameters. Using both will mean a cool sounding dbl bass technique. You also have two completely different foundations for single kick configs, too.

That is beautiful! I like the gold hardware, it really complements the aqua fade. I also really like the aqua fade (click the "my kit" link in my signature line to see why ;) ).

wow, great looking drums, it looks like the gold and blue were made for each other! Better cymbals will come over time, but you got a great start.

Looks great, you got a good price for so many drums.

One thing though, it looks like the starcast mount on your high tom is unconnected or broken or something.

Oh, that's not broken, just has some duct tape on it to grip the rack better. I decided to raise it above the grove you use for the rack, so the tom would be higher.

amazing, that's a really nice blue finish. The finish on my kit is a little banged up, but I just polished it and its looking pretty sweet. I think blue and gold doesn't look as striking as gold and silver.
