I like the set up a lot! Looks like it's very comfortable. The rack looks like it has a few battle scars (mine does too), but I really like it painted black with your drums, it sets them off.

How are you liking this setup minus your other toms and cymbals? I have been thinking a lot about doing something similar, but haven't decided yet.

It looks great!

Thank you, man! :D Now, The Rack: The reason it has so many battle scars is because I got it used by a pro drummer who had been using it for touring for about 12 years :D And also, I got it very cheap. Just for those who wondering if I got ripped off! :)

I'm gonna spray it or paint it, to get rid of those streaks. But I'm wondering if I should make it Silver or just keep it Black... hmmm...

Other info: This is the DR-1, the First rack from Pearl, designed by Jeff Porcaro, for those who may think it's a DR-80 Rack.

How do I like it:

I like it very much, though I find it much more comfortable to have the 8" and 10" up and 14" 16" down, like I have now, these pics are a couple of days old ;)
Strangely enough I find it much more comfortable to have less cymbals and use them often than having a lot of cymbals and using some more than the others.

Thank you very much for your input :D

Joey

Really nice ! Look very comfy to play. I dig the cymbals too and the rug...

I like Jason's playing too, in fact, I have him in my top friends list on "myspace".
