Default Tom heads, need help!

okay so heres the deal, i have a Premier 1979 (i think) kit, which i dont know the name of, with premier heads on the toms. well premier batter heads, because some recording engineer took them off for better sound (back in the 70's) and he didnt return the rims. so im left here with a kit sized 12" 14" 16" (14" snare 22" kick also) with no resonator heads/rims for toms and kick drum. the rims are wood on the kickdrum and cast rims on the toms. what should i do? i know i should get some new rims for the toms but which? and how?

and any tips on good low tunable heads would be much appreciated!

heres a picture of the snare, the toms have the same style rims.
