Default Cymbal Stand Tom Mount

Ok, so I have 3 toms, 12, 13, and 16. I want to mount the 13 onto one of my cymbal stands. What piece of hardware would I use to do that? Any idea of how much it costs?

Thanks!

Going by your "handle" only, maybe a Tama MTS 900AS http://www.tamadrum.co.jp/product/cl...ar=2008&area=2 and a Tama MC62 http://www.tamadrum.co.jp/product/cl...ar=2008&area=2 might just do the trick.
