Default DW 9000 Cam Adjustment.... WOW

I've had my 9000 for about a year now and outside of spring tension left it set at the factory settings. Lately it just hasn't felt right so I decided it was time to jump into the meat of the adjustments with the cam. I went from the factory eccentric (accelarator) to the total concentric (turbo) position and man talk about changing feel. I know you're going to say duh, yes I know it would change the characteristic of the pedal but man it just really changes feel, tension (footboard angle a little too) more than I had anticipated. I'm going to try it like this for awhile to get a feel for it, oddly it feels a little lighter to play with less effort.

I have to say that the 9000's are the best pedals I have ever seen, hands down for adjustability.. It took me a bit to get mine right for me, but they are so effortless now that they feel like a part of my feet when I play...

Gotta love em!
