Default My New Ludwig Snare and my old Kit

Hi There!
I thaught that I just show of my new snare drum! Itīs a ludwig limited edition snare. 100% maple shell with a finish called cottonwood! Itīs sounds and looks like a dream! I use it mostly for playing jazz, soul and funk but itīs one of the most versatile drums that I have ever played!

Sweet new drum! What size is it? 14 x 6.5? 14 x 7?

Hi man! Thanx a lot! it is a 14 by 6,5 " drum. You might think thats is has a very low and deep tone but I tune it quite high and it still sound great! A lot of crack actually!

That's what is great about a 6.5x14, you can tune it low yet still crank it a bit for a good crack. Ludwig just really knows how to make a great snare.
