Default Paiste 505 Ride (finally shipped)

I just got home today from my holiday trip. The box was at the house, so I opened her up, and man, this cymbal looks beautiful in person. It has that really, nice clean shimmering look from the style of hammering from the 2002s. Pics-

My Current Setup

Ludwig Accent Drums

22x16 kick, 12x9 rack, 16x16 floor, 14x5.5 snare

Paiste & Sabian cymbals

14" HH Bright Hi-Hats
18" AAXplosion Crash
10" XS20 Splash
20" 505 Ride
20" Traditionals Ride

As for the sound of the new pie, I have to say I couldn't be happier. Rarely do I ever find something for the kit that does exactly what I want it to, but the ride sounds EXACTLY like I imagined it, and I'm in love with the sound. Seriously, I'm still in shock. I am too happy with what I got out of this buy, and I can definitely say I have solidified my obsession with Paiste.

The previous owner of this baby really took nice care of her. It still looks new, minus my fingerprints. Even the logos still look nice.

Very nice cymbals. I like your cowbell and LP Blast Block. I also dig the Slicknuts - I have six on my set. I hear the Accent line is pretty good for an entry-level kit and while you have a modest set compared to a lot of people around here, you have it well outfitted and it is well cared for. Good work!

Yes, lovely! We`ve got a 505 Medium Ride at school and it has a nice, solid, shimmery sound with a very nice crash sound.
How much is the weight of yours? Is it thick?

Oh, and nice Yammie stage piano! :-)
