Default Sonor S-Class in Aqua Green

hey everyone! I moved rooms during the past week, to one on the other side of my house :)

that means, new pictures of the setup! I've changed a few minor things since my last post -
most notably, the 3 chimes i've made (near the hi-hats, and on my K crash). a few things have been moved around, and my laptop sits to the side, so i can play along to instructional DVDs and have access to my 450gb music collection when i want to play along to things!

panorama that i whipped up in Photoshop -

and, finally, a few of my new room setup :) not everything's in there yet, i'm still figuring out how i want it all...

my guitarist's Hughes&Kettner Switchblade 100 head/ Marshall 1960AV-hybrid cab
he also uses a Boss GT-8 for effects. it's quite the setup :)

my computer desk - yes, i'm rocking the Playstation original! i got it in 1996, still goin strong! it's hooked up to my PC monitor/tv, and my surround system.

that's it guys! let me know what you like, and what you'd change!

take care, and check out my band too, if you haven't yet

Amazing setup, I'm very jealous! I do the same with my laptop, but more so I can listen to a click track. Can I ask what throne that is? I once used a friend-of-a-friend's that was the same and really liked it, but I forgot to ask what it is!

Never stop, Chris, I could look at them forever ; )

off-topic: did you go thru all the cams on your pedal? Are they really that different from each other? I havent really bothered with it and just put on the biggest one ( white ) so I'd get max hieght & rotation..? wondering if I should go thru the trouble?

what do i like, EVERYTHING! What would i change, NOTHING! Wow man how many computers does one man need? That amp is bitchin' i've heard H&Ks are supposed to be amazing. I've got a PS1 too but i've got an old 24" CRT tv to play it on. The only thing i would want apart from all that would be basses and some stuff to record with as well of course ;)

thanks for commenting, folks :-D

mrhahn - It's a Pearl 2002BR roadster throne, i snagged it for 240 from Midwest Percussion.

Drumbandit - here are the specs -

Sonor S-Class Pro maple (9 ply)
20x17, 8x8, 10x9, 12x10, 14x14, with a Force 3005 maple 12x5 snare
The S-class snare (14x5.25) has Puresound Custom-14 strand wires, cut down to 12 strands.

Cymbals :
Zildian 13" K hats, 16" K-Custom fast crash, 17" K Thin Dark crash, 9" K-Custom Hybrid splash, A-custom 18" crash and 6" splash, 20" K-Custom brilliant ride, 8" Avedis splash, and 14" Wuhan china

The 3 chimes are cut from a 19" Avedis medium crash, 19" A-Custom crash, and a 17" AAX Studio Crash

Aydee - as always man, thanks :) When i first got the Elims, i had the red cam installed, thinking it'd be the best to get started with (make it EASY to do fast doubles, ya know), well that didn't work at all - so i swapped to the blue (in my opinion, the fastest while still retaining that solid rebound and punchy hit. I've been considering trying the whites, to see if that helps my playing at all, but I actually think the spring tension has a bigger determination on my overall ability.

eddiehimself - Thanks bud! I actually have a bass (it's in one of the cases near the desk), it's a Fender Aerodyne jazz bass - i have a 50w amp under the keyboard, hiding :)
I have ProTools 7.4 LE, but no money to purchase an interface yet, so i've been using Adobe Audition to put together demos and make videos using a condenser mic and 1-channel tube preamp.

Sweet kit. My friend has a double bass 22" with 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16 toms and snare.
I played it yesterday. Incredible drums. He has Attack 2 ply clear on his. Wild sound.
