Thanks, Sounds great, barely tuned it still sounded good, and the copper snare has a very warm quality to it, One of the best I think I've played.

not a lot of variety in sizes so I guess you found ones you like then I was trying to decide on a gig kit but then decided I would rather have something different so I got a Gretsch Catalina Rock green sparkle. So now I have a 22,10,12,14,16 and a 26,13,16,18 so I can cover about everything when it comes to sound options. I don't have that many cymbals though... :) It's rare to see someone with a copper snare. I've played one once, and it's a unique sound. I just remember it was heavy

Great looking kits!! I set up a Gretsch Catalina for a friend the other day and had it sounding great in no time with minimal tuning. I'm beginning to want one!! I have never seen a mirrored head like that....Very Cool!!

Yes, I didn't change up the cymbals, we were in a hurry to leave and had to take all the drums with us. Usually I change em up every few shows just to keep them interesting, i/e add a ride to my left, swap out an ice bell for a suspended ships bell, trade a splash or 2 for a diff china, etc. The crashes and my 8" K splash along with my ride, never move because after 24 years I'm used to where they sit, but everything else shifts around. And my drum sizes, well I fell in love with the Gretsch Kit even though it was quite similar in size to my ddrums, and the kellers I got on ebay for under $100, so I couldn't pass that up. In the future I'll be adding a 26" or 28" kick to that set.
