Default My kit! (lot's of photo's inside!)

Okay, so i've been a bit lazy to take pictures of most of my drum collection, but I decided to put my free time today towards good use!

Specs:

Drums: Tama Superstar Custom

9x12 tom
16x16 floor tom
18x22 bass drum

Snares:

6.5x13 Pearl Joey Jordison Signature (used as my main snare for most gigs)
7x13 Ddrum Maple in snow sparkle finish
5.5x14 Ludwig Supraphonic (circa 1970's)
5.5x14 "no name", I refinished in natural, sound's descent
5.5x14 "no name", I also refinished, but in "bombay mahogany gloss" or something like that, sounds half descent, as well

Cymbals:

on the drums, left to right:

sabian xs20 14inch rock hats (soon to be replaced, trying to sell :D)
sabian hhx 20inch stage ride (just got today, used! It sounds so nice!)
Zildjian z custom 21 inch megabell ride
Zildjian a series 24inch medium ride
sabian signature 19 inch Carmine Appice China

not on kit:

sabian xs20 20 inch rock ride (trying to sell as well! :D)
sabian xs20 18 inch rock crash (trying to sell!)
sabian signature 17 inch Carmine Appice China (usualy set-up to left of hats, no room at the moment)
Zildjian 20 in rock ride cymbal, made in canada (retro, I don't know the year, maybe some of you "cymbal nerds" can tell me some more about it! I sau nerds in a very respected way!)
Wuhan s series 8 inch splash (amazing splash!)
Sabian Signature 7 inch Terry Bozzio Radia Cup

Hardware:

Tama Iron Cobra Single pedal
Tama road pro stands
Pearl eliminator hi hat stand
Pearl 800 stand (convertable)
Dixon Convertable boom stand

Percussion:

On kit at the moment:

Lp hi pitched blue Jamblock
Mp Heavy Cowbell
Mp drum set Tambourine
african hand made djembe (not played with kit)

Heads:

Evans ec2 on all the toms batters, tama stock reso
Evans g2 coated on snare
Aquarian sk1 on batter of kick, remo emperor coated on reso (soon to have artwork done by a friend of mine)

That about rounds it up for my stuff! Before you post away, yes, I know I might seem crazy with the 24 inch ride as a crash/ride, but trust me, with 3 rides on my kit, it gives me lots of different sounds for when riding on cymbals, and the 24 crashes great, yet, a bit loud. Luckely, I have a bit of a soft hand!

Thanks for looking! Post away!

Edit: Photo's are up!

If you have an image program (photoshop fireworks etc.) you can resize images to whatever Imageshack's maximum size is. Please try so because I look forward to seeing pics of this setup.

I'll pass on the Z Custom, but that 24" ride is sick. Also, the china looks killer in that lighting.

you will love them man! Best kit for the money, by far, and, a couple of pro's use them. I know Shawn Drover of megadeath used them for a while! You will love them!

With my 3 ride cymbals (the hhx and a i use mainly for crash, the z for ride, because of the bell, and the crash is a bit "gongy" if I do say so myself) I get 3 very different ride sounds, so, I can change the ride patterns up for different songs. I know most people are getting into the "bigger" cymbals lately, and I love big cymbals!

ha ha, I know, I tried to get driver seat pics, but I was just to lazy to pull the kit all the way out of the corner of the room. I am planning on getting some better pics outside once I get some more new stuff, most likely a new pair of hats, as well as once I have some time on my hands. Work has been real busy, so that's why I've been putting off the pictures. Trust me though, I will bring you guy's better pictures, and a new "less complicated" thread! :D

Thanks for the compliment! I usualy use the pearl Joey Jordison signature as my main snare with most of the punk bands I play with, but the ddrum is sounding real nice as well. It all depends on what music I'm playing, but usualy you will find the joey snare on the kit!
