that's the exact same Pearl Export kit i had years ago. Same color and sizes.....I made a lot of money with that kit in the early 90's :)

It looks like you are set cymbal wise. Nice set up.

Glad to see you are going with Tama Superstars. Here's what I drive, in a slightly different configuration.

Another one going for a tama superstar fusion set with an add-on floor tom :) Great set-up. Both the old and the new. And trust me: you're gonna love the new one.

ya, when i sold these back in '99 i bascally gave them away....
These days i've got 3 Epek Percussion kits (custom builder from Canada), a Gretsch Renown kit and 2 late 60's Ludwig kits.
For gigging i mainly use an Epek kit.

very cool. i think ill probably use my new kit for a gig or 2, then go back to using the export, just dont i dont have to worry as much about scratches or anything along those lines. as for custom kits, im planning on buying a bunch of stuff online and building my own kit, if for no other reason, to learn. although in the distant future i WILL own a 6pc. Porkpie custom kit! of course thats after i get a Starclassic that ive been wanting for like 7yrs now, haha
