Default Kick pad help

I just bought a double kickpad made by aquarian but I have no idea how to put it on without messing up and ruining my kick head. There are instructions on the package that it came with but they're pretty complicated. I have an Evans emad if that helps at all.

Thanks!

...I'm a little surprised that this is a hard thing to grasp but I'll take your word for it.

Just peel the plastic backing off of the pad and place the pad in the middle of the head where both your beaters strike. Make sure to tilt the pad a bit and adhere just a little to the head at first and then press more of the pad onto the head as you go, smoothing out any air bubbles.

Alright thats what I thought, but Aquarian had an overly complicated explanation on the label. I originally thought to do it the way you explained it but after reading the instructions I had doubt.

Thanks for the help.
