Pie ala Mode. Very nice and congrats on not being in a brand rut.
You have all of the major brands represented there. And I love that big "G" bass drum head.

Nice eyecandy! Do you often switch between different cymbals at gig, practise etc?

I kinda switch between them now. The dream ride goes with me everywhere, I switch the hi hats all the time, and use crashes that best fit the style of music I am playing. Out of the bunch these are my favorites
Dream 22'' contact
Paiste 18'' prototype
Saluda hybrid-x 10'' mini china
innovations over dimensions hats (the saludas are very close but the paistes are more versatile)

Hu, that`s much!
I`m not quite sure whether you said it in your other thread before but what weight is that Contact Ride and how do you find it in comparison with Bliss Ride cymbals?

I`m still curious about Dream Bliss cymbals...didn`t have the chance to test some yet...

Karl

I think that the contacts are closer to the old Istanbul Ks. I have not measured it in grams, but it is just over 6 1/2 pounds. The lathing on it is deeper and wider than the bliss series and it opens up very well. It is very dark, and is still drying out some. You can't go wrong with these especially for the price.

I think that for you Karl the bliss would be a better match, they are not as heavy and lean a lot more towards the jazz spectrum where as the contacts are more jazz/rock middle of the line sound wise.
