What's not to like? They look great. How do they sound? Never heard of that snare company, but I'm new to this drum stuff. What does it sound like? Enjoy. Joey

Way back when I was a scrawny kid, playing my 2nd hand 'mixed nuts' drumkit, a friend of mine ( or rather, his dad) brought a brand new blue sparkle Rodgers! 30 years later, my heart leaps with the same thrill whenever I see a sparkling Rogers kit.

The memory lane journey continues, seeing that Ludwig speedking. That was my first 'real' pedal too after many make-shift contraptions.

That snare looks pretty. Maple? how'du'like it

Cool set.

The only thing weird to me is the placement of the china. The ride and china are typically reversed in location.

What are the drum sizes?

Yeah, some specs would be great! How is Rogers in general?? Have no real experience with those drums.

Oh, and that Custom snare drum, is it made from a Keller Maple shell? How thick? It`s beautiful though, no doubt.

Very nice kit! My only qualm is with the distance of the cymbals. Seems like they'd be a bit of a stretch to hit. Perhaps sliding them closer? It looks like you have enough room.

Thanx for all the comments, well from what I know, the snare was the first of about 6 ever made, they started making these drums (two friends) and stopped making them because they could not agree if they should use cheap hardware on them or the good stuff, obv it is a wood shell, it is one solid peice of wood, not plies. VERY nice sounding.

Rogers were the DW's of their time... everyone (from what I know, wanted a rogers) Buddy Rich sure loved them.... Personally I want a new set, these rogers are 35 years old.... there great but the hardware is nothing compared to the cheapest hardware of today. They sound good, but again considering how far drum technoligy is now today, they arnt the best, but they are great imo, there my first set and will not let em :D

Im busy right now, but tonight I will post all the specs.

Great kit. You'd be better off keeping the shells and upgrading the hardware than selling them. Id also suggest putting some carpet on your riser so you can take the nails out from in front of your kick.
