Looks like it does get the job done!

Question: Why do you have blackets in the BD with the Emad on?

Whatever works!

Yea i think you can get some more tone out of your bass drum if you take some of those rags out of it

yeah probably but i think its because of my tuning expirience. i have a huge problem tuning the reso of bassdrum. should it be more tight than batter or vice versa ?? i've heard so many opinions and they are confusing me. the blankets are about 1/4 of the bassdrum...should it really be less ?? also i got a question about the rings. do you think i could get a nice sound of my toms without using the rings but still having a bit shorter sustain than im getting now (without rings) ??

Nothing wrong with that kit at all.

I have seen guys playing some pretty $$$$ kits, and they could not play to save there lives.

Been said a hundred times before. It isn;t the kit, but the person playing them.

You should try taking out all the blankets and tuning the reso a tad higher than the batter. Leave that Emad ring on. Tell me how it sounds !

Also, how do the toms sound? I imagine they sound pretty dead, I thought the EC2s were more of a focused head that took some of the ring out. I didn't figure there would be a need for the EC2s and the Remo Rings. You might just try some moongel instead of those rings.

Sorry to rant..

Nice kit though. Is this your first kit? Way better kit than what i've had for the past 10 years. :)

Can I ask something? Im not being picky but are your toms really that hard to tune that they all need O Rings? I like the kit by the way, seems very comfortable to play on

Sure !! i'll try it ofcourse ! there are only few things which must happend before i do that. first of all i must buy a new pedal because as you see on the second picture the pedal is kinda broken. also i would like to know about how tight should the batter head should be ?? i gues not too tight as the toms but not too loose ....am i right ??

np for the rant. im glad to hear every single opinion about my drums :) ..specialy from a drummer cause im not so expirienced !!! the toms may sound dead but the problem is that i dont really know how are they supposed to sound when tuned nice . i think im not so good tuner, and even if i tuned them decent i might dont like drums without rings. any suggestion is apreciable !!! and yes it is my first kit but i have them 3 years and i've been playing for 5 :(

try this.........take the rings off the toms, tune the reso's and the ec2's exactly the same and for the bass, tune the reso really tight, put one small pillow inside, and put the thicker of the two rings on the emad, have the emad tunes kinda loose as well, it will give you a nice thuuuuooommpp sound
