Definitely a professional-looking setup. Are you considering a second bass drum (when you can afford it?)

SWEEEEEhEEET!

Great to add some high range tones to such a beautiful kit. Sweet cymbal set-up too. Your drums are set up VERY similarly to mine. I could slide in and play them easily. Congrats on the new skin!

Yeeeehaaaa! I got it, too.

Well, there´s obviously some Portnoy/Langell inspiration going on! I like your style, dude.
I guess the hihat is a 14" AAX Stage? Could you post a list of your cymbals? Would be really nice to know.
Looks great. I´d like to sit behind these bad boys and try some Transatlantic stuff on ´em.

Yeah, Portnoy is my favourite Drummer. Well, thank you very much. The Cymbal specs:

14" Sabian AAX Studio Hats ( their very nice, they were my second choise since the Stage Hats weren't in.

14" Zildjian ZXT Titanium Rock Hats ( secondary, only good for that, but I would like to replace them.)

16" Sabian AAX Metal Crash ( I like this crash very much )

16" Zildjian A Custom Projection Crash ( this crash is great! )

17" Zildjian K Dark Crash Thin Brilliant ( now here's a great crash! )

18" Sabian ProSonix China ( this China is very bright and cutting, I like it as a 2nd china. )

20" Zildjian Z Custom China ( very powerful and cutting )

12" Wuhan China ( sounds very similiarly to the Max Stax! )

8" Meinl Soundcaster Custom Splash ( not very cutting, bu I like the sound when I'm playing alone.

12" Sabian AAX Splash ( This splash is great, pretty cutting I must say )

22" Sabian AAX Metal Ride ( I Got this Ride used for a year, for about 2/5 of the price that it costs new, it's in great condition and I like the sound F******* much! It has a great stick definition and the bell is killer! )

10" Bell ( I sometimes use this bell, it's pretty cutting! )

I can see the Portnoy thing goin' on, too... but I love the Ringo-esque finish applied to a 7-piece with a mass of cymbals.

Very nice set-up indeed. very clean and un-cluttered look. It took me a while to get used to my 8" tom. My hand (knuckles) kept hitting the hats when I'd lead with my left hand. Had this problem yet? or do you find the position of the 8" comfortable?
