nice ride cymbal placement, maybe a little low. But it is in such a convenient space. I'd just want a way to hit the edge more. I'm jealous though.

That's a nice setup you've got there, what mics are you using?

nice, different set up...I like that tom over the two floors. You must be very tall because your crashes are up very high- but your ride is almost touching the bass drum!?

Eh the ride isnt bad, but ur right i can really use the edge of the strick...ill move it a bit today and see how i like it. thanks for the input

The Mics are Audix Fusion Mics. but the two overheards are Shure sm58's.

Yeah. there a little high, but im like 6'1 so i cant there pretty easily. But the only reason why that tom is up there is because i have no idea where to put it! Really would love some input on tha one.

Umm...the ZHT's did me great for learning and just overall playing. But now that ive gotten into recording and live shows.....well....the hats are to clanky for recording.....the ride is too quiet.......you cant even hear the bell when you are jammin with a band. and idk the crash isnt all that great. BUT if your learning there really great.

Thanks Guys

hey man, I love your set-up, looks really pro :).

About your tom and its placement: I have finally got heads for my 15" tom yesterday, but then I turned out to have to many toms for my own good: 2 up 3 down just doesn't work. So today I changed it to what you see below. I don't know if it comfortable to play yet, since it's sunday I am not allowed to drum. But it's a suggestion :)

Yes, I really love it, it takes very little time to get used to and it plays very naturally I think.
