Ive always wanted to get it from them, but i think you gotta buy like 12 pairs at a time or somethin like that. Guitar center says i could just buy two pairs if i wanted from them.

Cool marketing idea. But stupid to me because the ink wears out in a few days anyways and you get the same stick as you would from a normal VF.

That was my major complaint, I thought it might be cool to ask my fiancee to get me some for my birthday or something.... but they don't offer this deal in the size I use (8D)

i had some pairs of vic firths with my name in 7A.....The stick is not the same as the regular 7A- the tip is different and the texture is different....I prefer the regular ones w/ out my name.

i agree with gretsch223 ... the "regular" ones are much better than the marketing-joke-others. maybe these are just 2nd choice?
