Default First pics of my Kit on Drummerworld

I posted some pics of my kit in another thread about a month ago but never posted in a thread on my own.I picked up some new heads last week with some B-day cash. Evans EC2's on the toms, Emad2 on the kick and Remo controlled sound on the Snare. They all sound great. I also played with the setup a bit moving some cymbals and stuff. Well here they are:

SPECS:

Pacific FS series birch shells in natural to charcoal burst
18x22
8x10
9x12
12x14
14x5.5 Rogers dyna-sonic snare (which I aquired for free)
old 20 inch Avedis(medium or rock) ride not sure of any other info
14 inch Sabian AA regular hats
18 inch Avedis crash
18 inch Sabian AA thin crash
16 inch Sabian thin crash
12 inch Wuhan China
LP tambourine
El-cheapo cowbell
All on Pearl curved Icon rack which I got for a steal.
Iron Cobra single pedal
Also picking up my 8 inch tom in March.

Nice kit, I was soooo close to getting a Pacific myself, how do you like it? Always enjoyed the sound of birch.

Nice cymbal choice too.

I love that fade. It's just too bad I'm not a fan of birch, or I'd reconsider getting a Gretsch.

Very nice set and tom arrangement, great colors, slick rack.

I would, however, take a hacksaw to the chrome tubes sticking down in front of the bass drum. They disrupt the beauty of the set. I'd chop them off and take one of the pieces to Ace or another hardware store and get a couple of plastic caps to put over the ends, so the trim job looks professional.

Lucky guy getting a Rogers dyna for free. This was my favorite snare in the seventys, haven't seen or heard one since.
How does it sound?
Nice clean looking kit and set up, I like it.

The Dyna sounds great, I really like the new head with it too, very loud cuts through bigtime.

And to Deathmetalconga

I want to do that but I haven't had any time but i will get around to it.
