Beautiful kit. I had a Recording Custom kit in that exact same finish. Sweet. Welcome to Drummerworld.

Nice! Looking at everyone's kits here makes me soooo jealous! It really sucks not having money.
How many kits do you have down there?! I saw an unassembled kit in the background and what looked like purple tom on a shelf to the left of the last pic.

Welcome to drummerworld. The burst finish looks great. Can you gie us the specs on the cymbals?

Sweet kit, dude. I love the finish and all the Yamaha hardware, too. Great set up. I play the 14 and 16 on the floor. Do the toms 'open' up when hung? Single or double ply heads? Again, great Yammie. Thanks for the pictures.

Here is the spec of my cymbal set-up in the picture
All Zildjian
14” - K/Z HiHats
6” - A Custom Splash
15” - K Custom Fast Crash
20” - A Custom Ride
19” - K Dark Crash thin
10” - K Custom Dark Splash on top of 16” - ZHT efx

The other drums you see in one of the pictures are from one of my other kits which is a Yamaha Birch Custom Absolute Nouveau Kit in Red Pearl Natural.

The purple looking drum in the background is a 12” Musashi snare drum in Pink Pearl fade finish.

The Toms have clear Emperor heads on top and Ebony Ambassado heads on the bottom.

At some point I will post pics of my other kits and Cymbals (I think I have about 30)

Cheers!

Wow, I`ve never known that Yamaha has such a finish...that is truly beautiful! And the Maple Absolutes also sound terrific.

Hey Man,
nice Kit! Looks great. The right number of cymbals.

Ohhhhh thats cute :) As i got my Yamaha Flying Dragons i let the blue savetyfoil still on the pedals because i didn´t wanted to mess them.
But without the foil they are looking much more better and the are not so slippery.
